Common use of Investment of Governmental Unit Funds Clause in Contracts

Investment of Governmental Unit Funds. Money on deposit in the Finance Authority Debt Service Account established by the Finance Authority may be invested by the Finance Authority in Permitted Investments at the discretion of the Finance Authority. Money on deposit in the Program Account and Loan Agreement Reserve Account held by the Trustee and created hereunder may be invested by the Trustee in Permitted Investments at the written direction of the Finance Authority or at the discretion of the Trustee. Any earnings on any of said accounts shall be held and administered in each respective account and utilized in the same manner as the other moneys on deposit therein.
