Common use of Investment of Moneys in the Bond Fund Clause in Contracts

Investment of Moneys in the Bond Fund. (a) Any moneys held as a part of the Bond Fund or any other fund established pursuant to the Indenture or this Agreement shall be invested or reinvested by the Trustee, to the extent permitted by law, as directed by an Authorized Representative of the Company, in Authorized Investments.
