Investment of Payment Fund. The Payment Agent shall invest any cash balances in the Payment Fund as directed by Parent, on a daily basis. Any interest and other income resulting from such investments shall be paid to Parent upon termination of the Payment Fund pursuant to Section 3.2(c) of this Agreement.
