INVESTMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST. The Trustee shall invest and reinvest the principal and income of the Trust as directed by the Company (including directions that the Trustee follow Plan participants' deemed investment elections made in accordance with the terms of the Plan), which directions may be changed from time to time, all in accordance with procedures established by the Trustee. The Trustee may limit the categories of assets in which the Trust may be invested.
