Common use of Investment of the Assets Clause in Contracts

Investment of the Assets. The Plan Fiduciary may from time to time deliver assets of the Participating Plan for investment in Funds designated by the Plan Fiduciary. The Plan Fiduciary acknowledges and agrees that the Trustee has no responsibility for the Plan Fiduciary’s decision to invest Participating Plan assets in or withdraw Participating Plan assets from the Funds. Assets of the Participating Plan invested under this Participation Agreement may be commingled with assets of other eligible retirement trusts in the Funds.
