Except as otherwise described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information or the Prospectus, the Company has no plan or intention to materially alter its stated investment policies and operating policies and strategies as such are described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017 filed with the Commission. The Company is and at all times has been in compliance with its investment policy, except as the Board of Directors of the Company shall have expressly approved otherwise in each instance of non-compliance.
