The Optionholder represents and warrants to, and agrees with, the Company that the Optionholder is acquiring the Option and the Shares issued upon exercise of the Option for its own account, for investment, and not with a view to the sale or distribution of any part thereof, and that the Optionholder does not have any present intention of distributing or selling the same.
