Common use of Investment Suitability Clause in Contracts

Investment Suitability. The Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities and is able to bear the economic risk of total loss of such investment; and

Investment Suitability. The Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities Class I Units and is able to bear the economic risk of total a loss of such on their investment; and;

The Purchaser has and each Beneficial Purchaser, if any, have such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities Purchased Xxxxxx and is able to bear the economic risk of total loss of such investment; and;

The Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities Class F Units and is able to bear the economic risk of total a loss of such on their investment; and;

The 2.2.1 Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs matters so as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the an investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities Company and is able to bear protect his or her own interests in connection with the economic risk of total loss of such investment; andcontemplated transaction.
