Common use of Investment Suitability Clause in Contracts

Investment Suitability. The Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities and is able to bear the economic risk of total loss of such investment; and

Investment Suitability. The Purchaser has and each Beneficial Purchaser, if any, have such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in the Purchaser’s Securities Purchased Xxxxxx and is able to bear the economic risk of total loss of such investment; and;
