Make any investment in, or advances to, any other person, firm, or corporation, except (a) advance payments or deposits against purchases made in the ordinary course of Debtor's regular business; (b) direct obligations of the United States of America; (c) any existing investments in, or existing advances to, the Consolidated Subsidiaries; or (d) any investments or advances that may be specified in Item 24 of the Schedule.
