Common use of Investments and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Investments and Guaranties. As of the Effective Date, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company had made Investments in, advances to, or Guarantees of, the obligations of any Person, except as (a) disclosed to the Banks in the Disclosure Statement or (b) not prohibited by applicable provisions of Section 10.
