Common use of Investments and Permitted Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Investments and Permitted Acquisitions. Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have outstanding, acquire, commit itself to acquire or hold any Investment (including any Investment consisting of the Permitted Acquisition of any business) except for the following: 6.9.1. Cash Investments of the Borrower in its Subsidiaries. 6.9.2. Intercompany loans and advances from the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to any Subsidiary but in each case only to the extent reasonably necessary for Consolidated tax planning and working capital management.
