Common use of Investments in the ROIHL Entities Clause in Contracts

Investments in the ROIHL Entities. Not, and not permit its Subsidiaries to make any loans to or purchase or redeem any capital stock of or otherwise make any investment in any ROIHL Entity during the existence or continuation of any Default or Event of Default; provided, however, that the Borrower and the Subsidiaries of the Borrower which own preferred shares of any ROIHL Entity may require redemption of such preferred shares to the extent such ROIHL Entity has funds available to make such redemption.
