Investor Actions. Any determination, consent or approval of, or notice or request delivered by, or any similar action of, the Walgreens Investors, the Alliance Boots Investors or the Investors, as applicable, shall be made by, and shall be valid and binding upon, all Walgreens Investors, all Alliance Boots Investors or all Investors, respectively, if made by (a) WBA or (b) Investors Beneficially Owning a majority of the Total Voting Power then Beneficially Owned by all Investors.
