Common use of Investor Amounts and Yield Clause in Contracts

Investor Amounts and Yield. (a) Investor Amounts outstanding from time to time shall accrue Yield at the Yield Rate, calculated in accordance with Section 2.3. If all or any portion of the Investor Amounts, any Yield payable thereon or any other amount payable hereunder shall not be paid when due (whether at stated maturity, acceleration thereof or otherwise), such overdue amount shall bear interest at a rate per annum which is equal to the Overdue Rate.
