Common use of Investor Communication Clause in Contracts

Investor Communication. (a) In the event the Transferor receives a request from any Person to communicate with a Note Owner, for so long as the Servicer, on behalf of the Issuer, files distribution reports on Form 10-D with the Commission pursuant to Section 2.05 of the Servicing Agreement, the Transferor shall promptly report such request to the Issuer and the Servicer and shall provide: the name of the Person making such request; the date the Transferor received such request; to the extent known, a description of the method Note Owners may use to contact the Person making such request; and copies of any documentation the Transferor receives in connection with such request that serves to verify the identity of the Person making such request as a Note Owner.

(a) In the event the Transferor Servicer receives a request from any Person to communicate with a Note Owner, for so long as the Servicer, on behalf of the Issuer, Transferor files distribution reports on Form 10-D in respect of the Issuer with the Commission pursuant to Section 2.05 3.04 of the Servicing Transfer Agreement, the Transferor Servicer shall promptly report such request to the Issuer and the Servicer Transferor and shall provide: the name of the Person making such request; the date the Transferor Servicer received such request; to the extent known, a description of the method Note Owners may use to contact the Person making such request; and copies of any documentation the Transferor Servicer receives in connection with such request that serves to verify the identity of the Person making such request as a Note Owner.
