Investor Contribution. With respect to each Advance, the Agent --------------------- shall be satisfied that the Borrower shall receive from the Investors on the relevant Funding Date an amount equal to the Investor Contribution associated with such Loan. Each borrowing by the Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower or the Lessee, as the case may be, as of the date of such Loan that the conditions contained in this Section 4.2 have been satisfied.
Investor Contribution. The Investor Contribution shall have been made providing net proceeds to the Borrower of at least $30,000,000, pursuant to an agreement consistent with the Offering Memorandum and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders (as defined in the Amended Credit Agreement)(as evidenced by the Third Lien Notes);
Investor Contribution. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Trust Agreement, and in reliance on the representations and warranties of each of the parties hereto contained herein or made pursuant hereto, on the Initial Closing Date, each Investor shall make an investment in the Lessor (each, an "Investor Contribution") in an amount equal to the product of (i) such Investor's Investor Commitment Percentage and (ii) $15,000,000. The Lessor shall use the Investor Contributions to pay Project Costs. Such Investor Contributions shall accrue yield ("Investor Yield") as set forth in the Trust Agreement.

(a) The Investor Commitment shall automatically be reduced on a pro rata basis with any reduction of the Commitment pursuant to Section 2.6 of the Credit Agreement.
Investor Contribution. At the Closing (immediately following the consummation of the Post Contribution), on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement, the Investor shall contribute to 0xx Xxxxxx, xxx 0xx Xxxxxx shall accept from the Investor, all of the Agricore Shares acquired by the Investor in the Stock Purchase in exchange for the issuance by 0xx Xxxxxx to the Investor of 2,500,000 shares of 0xx Xxxxxx Series A Preferred Stock and 3,950,000 shares of 0xx Xxxxxx Class A Common Stock (collectively, the “Investor Contribution”).
Investor Contribution. Bank acknowledges that Borrower expects to receive a capital investment in the amount of $20,000,000 less fees, costs, expenses and other amounts required to be paid pursuant to the Investor Purchase Agreement (as defined below) and to the investment bankers representing Borrower (the "Investor Contribution") upon the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement dated as of October 27, 2011 by and among Real Estate Strategies, L.P. ("Investor"), Borrower, and SLP (the "Investor Purchase Agreement"). Upon receipt of the Investor Contribution, Borrower shall apply the proceeds of the Investor Contribution as follows:
(a) first, to repay the outstanding principal and any accrued and unpaid interest on the Elkhorn Loan; and
(b) second, to repay the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loan in full; provided, however, Bank acknowledges that any such repayment shall not operate to terminate, or modify the terms of, the Revolving Loan and that Borrower shall thereafter be entitled to reborrow under the Revolving Loan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including, but not limited to, reborrowings to finance acquisitions. In the event (i) the transactions contemplated by the Investor Purchase Agreement close prior to December 7, 2012, including Borrower's receipt of the Investor Contribution and (ii) as of the date Borrower receives the Investor Contribution there is no Event of Default or event which, with the passage of time or giving of notice or both, would constitute an Event of Default, then Bank will, promptly following Borrower's receipt of the Investor Contribution, extend the maturity date of the Revolving Loan, Term Loan 1, Term Loan 2, and Term Loan 4 to June 30, 2013 and the parties will execute an amendment to this Agreement to reflect such extension.
Investor Contribution. The aggregate amount of Investor Contributions made by each Investor shall not exceed its Investor Commitment. The aggregate amount of all Investor Commitments of all Investors is $4,500,000. The Lessor shall use the Investor Contributions to pay a portion of the Project Costs simultaneously and pro rata with the fundings by the Lenders. The Lessee shall, on a pro rata basis, prepay the Investor Contribution, in connection with the exercise by the Lessee of its right to direct the Lessor to prepay the Loans in accordance with Section 10.1(e).
