Investor Information; Survival of Representations and Warranties and Covenants. The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Article 2 shall survive the date hereof. Any information that the undersigned is furnishing to the Company in this Subscription Agreement is correct and complete as of the date of this Subscription Agreement and if there should be any material change in such information prior to his, her or its admission as a shareholder of the Company, the undersigned will immediately furnish such revised or corrected information to the Company.
