Common use of Investor(s) Expenses Clause in Contracts

Investor(s) Expenses. Following the Closing, any reasonable expenses incurred by the Investor or its representatives on behalf of the Company, including reasonable expenses associated with attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors (other than observer expenses if the Investor no longer has a representative elected to the Board), trade shows or similar meetings or events, shall be borne by the Company.
