Common use of Investors, Other Third-Parties, and Goodwill Clause in Contracts

Investors, Other Third-Parties, and Goodwill. I acknowledge that all third-parties I service or propose to service while employed by the Company are doing business with the Company and not me personally, and that, in the course of dealing with such third-parties, the Company establishes goodwill with respect to each such third-party that is created and maintained at the Company’s expense (“Third-Party Goodwill”).
