Common use of Investor's Tranche 2 Closing Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Investor's Tranche 2 Closing Deliveries. At or prior to the Tranche 2 Closing Time, the Investor shall deliver to the Corporation, the following: (a) a completed Accredited Investor Status Certificate, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A and completed registration details as set forth in Schedule B; (b) the Tranche 2 Subscription Price by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Corporation; and (c) such further certificates and other documentation from the Investor as may be contemplated herein or as the Corporation may reasonably request.

Investor's Tranche 2 Closing Deliveries. At or prior to the Tranche 2 Closing Time, the Investor shall deliver to the Corporation, the following: (a) a completed Accredited Investor Status Certificate, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A and completed registration details as set forth in Schedule B; (b) the Tranche 2 Subscription Price by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the CorporationCorporation no fewer than two Business Days prior to the Closing; (b) a duly completed Accredited Investor Status Certificate and completed registration details as set forth in Schedule B; and (c) such further certificates and other documentation from the Investor as may be contemplated herein or as the Corporation may reasonably request.
