Invitation for Bid Quotes. Promptly upon receipt of a Bid Quote Request, the Administrative Agent shall send to each of the Lenders an Invitation for Bid Quotes which shall constitute an invitation by the Company to each Lender to submit Bid Quotes offering to make the Bid Absolute Rate Loans to which such Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with Section 2.18.
