Invoice Dispute Escalation. If the Parties are not able to resolve a dispute regarding Charges within thirty (30) days of Company’s notice of a disputed amount, the Parties shall attempt to resolve their dispute informally pursuant to Section 28.1 (Informal Dispute Resolution).
