Common use of Invoice Disputes Clause in Contracts

Invoice Disputes. i. In the event of an invoice dispute, the Grant Manager will notify Grantee by phone and follow up in writing using the Invoice Dispute Notification Template (Attachment 6) within ten (10) working days of receipt of the disputed invoice.

Invoice Disputes. i. In the event of an invoice dispute, the Grant Manager will notify Grantee by phone and follow up in writing using the Invoice Dispute Notification Template (Attachment 68) within fifteen (15) within ten (10) working days of receipt of the disputed invoice.
