Invoice Processing; Accounting Entries. With respect to those Service Cities designated by Delta from time to time during the Term, each Operator shall be responsible for reviewing all invoices received by it or Delta for fees and charges submitted by the applicable airport authority, reconciling all amounts set forth on such invoices, certifying to Delta that such amounts are payable in accordance with the applicable Delta Lease, and obtaining payment authorization with respect to such fees and charges.
