Common use of INVOICE TURNAROUND Clause in Contracts

INVOICE TURNAROUND. Contractor, upon completion of the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services, shall provide Purchaser with a complete and accurate invoice for the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services no later than the time that Purchaser picks up the vehicle or within seven (7) business days of Purchaser picking up such vehicle. In the event that Purchaser identifies errors or incomplete information on such invoice, Contractor shall respond, in writing, within five (5) business days.
