Involuntarily Separation for Cause. This Agreement may be terminated and Executive’s employment hereunder may be involuntarily separated by the Company on account of Cause and without notice. In such event, the Company shall pay or provide to Executive the Mandated Amounts and shall have no further obligation hereunder.
