Involuntary Cancellation/Termination; Disciplinary Sanctions. Violation of any term of the Agreement, any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business conduct, or any act or omission by a Consultant that the Company reasonably believes may damage its reputation or goodwill, may result in the suspension or termination of this Agreement, and/or any other disciplinary measure that Qyral deems appropriate to address the misconduct. In situations deemed appropriate by Qyral, the Company may institute legal proceedings for monetary and/or equitable relief.

In situations deemed appropriate by QyralXxxxxXX, the Company may institute legal proceedings for monetary and/or or equitable relief.

In situations deemed appropriate by QyralGriddy, the Company may institute legal proceedings for monetary and/or equitable relief, subject to the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Policies.
