Involuntary Reclassification Sample Clauses

Involuntary Reclassification. If a Regular Staff Nurse III or IV is not meeting the Clinical Performance Criteria, the individual will be given a maximum of three (3) months to meet the criteria. If the Staff Nurse does not meet the Clinical Performance criteria at the end of the time granted s/he will be reclassified downward to the Clinical Nurse II level with the appropriate corresponding salary decrease processed. Regular Clinical Nurse IIIs and lVs will be reclassified as provided in the Professional Nurse Development Program Section VIII.
