Involuntary Separation by the Company, Without Cause. The Company may terminate this Agreement and involuntarily separate Executive’s employment hereunder, without Cause, upon 60 days’ prior written notice to Executive, or such shorter period as may be agreed upon by Executive and the Company. In such event, the Company shall provide to Executive those amounts and benefits described in Section 4.4 hereof, as if Executive’s Constructive Separation had occurred.
