Involuntary Separation From Service Without Cause; Resignation for Good Reason. In the event that Executive experiences a separation from service with the Company due to (1) the Company’s termination of her employment without Cause (as defined below) or (2) Executive’s termination of her employment for Good Reason (as defined below), then subject to Executive’s compliance with Sections 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 below (where applicable), subject to Sections 17 and 18 below and other than in circumstances set forth in Sections 4(b), 4(e) or 4(f), Executive will receive the following compensation and benefits under this Agreement in lieu of any compensation or benefits to which she might otherwise be entitled under Section 3 of this Agreement or any benefit plans referenced therein:
