Common use of Involuntary Termination of Employment During Term Clause in Contracts

Involuntary Termination of Employment During Term. (a) If Executive's employment is involuntarily terminated by the Company without Cause during the Term, such termination of employment will be a Triggering Event, and the Company shall pay or provide Executive the compensation and benefits described in Article III. (b) If Executive's employment is involuntarily terminated by the Company for Cause during the Term, such termination of employment will NOT be a Triggering Event, and Executive will NOT be entitled to receive any compensation or benefits under the provisions of this Agreement except as otherwise specifically set forth herein.
