Involuntary Termination of Employment, Qualifying Executive for Benefits. Executive will be entitled to receive the benefits set forth in this Section 1 if the employment of Executive is "Involuntarily Terminated" (as defined in this Section) within twenty-four (24) calendar months after the effective date of the Change in Control.
