Involuntary Termination Other than for Cause, Voluntary Termination for Good Reason During the Change in Control Period. If, during the Change in Control Period, the Executive’s employment with the Company (i) is terminated involuntarily by the Company without Cause and other than pursuant to Executive’s death or Disability, or (ii) voluntarily by Executive for Good Reason, then subject to the Executive signing and not revoking a release of claims in favor of the Company substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement (a “Release”), the Company shall provide severance pay and benefits, subject to certain conditions, as follows:
