Involuntary Termination Other than for Cause, Voluntary Termination for Good Reason Within. 18 Months On or Following a Change of Control. If within the period commencing on a Change of Control and ending eighteen (18) months following the Change of Control, the Executive’s employment with the Company (i) is terminated involuntarily by the Company without Cause (as defined in this Agreement), or (ii) voluntarily by Executive for Good Reason (as defined in this Agreement), then subject to Executive signing and not revoking a release of claims in favor of the Company substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement (a “Release”), the Company shall provide severance pay and benefits, subject to certain conditions, as follows:
