Involuntary Termination with Notice (Permanent Layoff. The Hospital 12 will provide fourteen (14) calendar days’ advance notice of termination of employment 13 when such termination is due to a permanent layoff. In the event of such permanent 14 layoff, nurses will be terminated in the order provided in Article 12, Section B for long- 15 term layoffs, and shall have all rights granted under that section.
