Involuntary Termination Without Cause or Good Reason Termination. If Employee’s employment with the Employer is terminated by the Employer without Cause (other than by reason of the Employer’s election and timely notice to terminate Employee’s employment at the end of the Initial Term or any Extension Term in accordance with Section 2.0(a) hereof or by reason of death or disability) or Employee terminates his employment with the Employer or its successor for Good Reason, Employee shall, subject to satisfaction of the Release Condition described in Section 2.0(e) below, be entitled to:
