Involuntary Transfers, Death, Dissolution. In the event of an involuntary transfer of a Membership Interest, or the death, dissolution or legal incompetency of a Member, as described in Section 4.8 of this Agreement, the provisions of Section 4.8 herein shall apply and shall take precedence over the provisions of this Section 4.5.
