Involuntary With Cause. The Corporation may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause for (i) Employee's material breach of any agreement with the Corporation, (ii) Employee's deliberate, willful or gross misconduct in the performance or Employee's duties on behalf of the Corporation, or (iii) Employee's being charged with a crime punishable by imprisonment
