Involvement of Association’s Legal Council. An Owner and the New Owner may use their own legal council for their own satisfaction and security; but both the Owner and the New Owner shall involve, to the satisfaction of the Association, the Association’s Legal Council to supervise any transfer of ownership of any Interval at an expense to be shared by both the Owner and the New Owner.
