Common use of Ionis’ Insurance Obligations Clause in Contracts

Ionis’ Insurance Obligations. Ionis will maintain, at its cost, reasonable insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities contemplated by this Agreement, provided, that, at a minimum, Ionis will maintain, in force from [***] days prior to enrollment of the first patient in a Clinical Study, a [***] insurance policy providing coverage of at least $[***] per claim and $[***] Annual aggregate. Ionis will furnish to Biogen evidence of such insurance upon request. 9.4.2.
