IP License Agreement Clause Samples
IP License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the IP License Agreement, the terms of the IP License Agreement will prevail to the extent of such conflict.
IP License Agreement. The IP License Agreement or any provision thereof shall cease to be in full force or effect (except in accordance with its terms), any party thereto shall deny or disaffirm its respective obligations thereunder or any party thereto shall default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement on its part to be performed or observed pursuant to the terms thereof.
IP License Agreement. The Exclusive License Agreement will continue to be in full force and effect as of immediately following the Effective Time.
IP License Agreement. An intellectual property license agreement, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D (the “IP License Agreement”), duly executed by Vantor Inc. and Lanteris Space LLC.
