IP Rights Relating to New Technology. a. Any developments made during the term and within the scope of this Agreement that are based on, derived from, or are improvements to, and/or reduced to practice by either party to Pre-Existing STRATEC Technology shall be property of STRATEC (New STRATEC Technology).
