Common use of IR Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

IR Intellectual Property. Subject to the Technology License Agreement, dated as of the date hereof between IR and Purchaser, all technology, know-how, patents, marks , data, software, or other intellectual property or assets (“IR Intellectual Property”) owned or created by IR shall remain the sole and exclusive property and responsibility of IR. Purchaser shall not acquire any rights in any such IR Intellectual Property pursuant to this Agreement.

Subject to the Technology License Agreement, dated as of the date hereof between IR and Purchaser, all technology, know-how, patents, marks , data, software, software or other intellectual property or assets (“IR Intellectual Property”) which are owned by IR, including without limitation derivative works thereof and new data or software created by IR at IR’s expense pursuant to the provision of Services and all intellectual property rights therein (the “IR Property”), shall remain be the sole and exclusive property and responsibility of IR. Purchaser shall not acquire any rights in any such IR Intellectual Property pursuant to this Services Agreement.
