Iran Divestment. Contractor certifies that it is not identified on a list created by the North Carolina State Treasurer pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §147-86.58 as a person or entity engaging in investment activities in Iran. Contractor further certifies that in the performance of this Agreement it shall not use any contractor or subcontractor that is identified on such a list.
