Common use of Iron or Steel Products Clause in Contracts

Iron or Steel Products. To the extent Texas Government Code Chapter 2252, Subchapter G applies to the Contract, any iron or steel product Provider uses in in its performance of the Contract that is produced through a manufacturing process, as defined in Section 2252.201(2) of the Texas Government Code, must be produced in the United States.
