Irreparable Injury; Remedies. Purchaser and Seller each agree that disclosing Confidential Information of the other Party in violation of the terms of this Article 16 may cause irreparable harm, and that, notwithstanding Section 10.5, the harmed Party may immediately seek any and all remedies available to it at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
