Irrevocability; Binding Effect. The Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees that the subscription hereunder is irrevocable by the Subscriber, except as required by applicable law, and that this Agreement shall survive the death or disability of the Subscriber and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns.
