Irrevocable Acceptance of Licensed Fibers. Licensee's initial payment of the annual License Fee pertaining to any Licensed Fiber, whether Initial Licensed Fiber or Additional Licensed Fiber, shall be deemed to constitute Licensee's irrevocable acceptance of such Licensed Fiber and any associated Interconnection Fibers.
