Common use of Irrevocable Enactments Clause in Contracts

Irrevocable Enactments. While this Loan Agreement remains outstanding and unpaid, any ordinance, resolution or other enactment of the Governing Body applying the Pledged Revenues for the payment of this Loan Agreement, including the Ordinance, shall be irrevocable until this Loan Agreement has been paid in full as to both principal and interest, and shall not be subject to amendment or modification in any manner which would in any way jeopardize the timely payment of Loan Agreement Payments.
