Common use of Irrevocable; Not Subject to Creditor Claims Clause in Contracts

Irrevocable; Not Subject to Creditor Claims. Subject to the provisions of Section 9.2 hereof, this Trust shall be irrevocable. In addition, the Fund shall not be subject to the claims of the creditors of the Corporation in a bankruptcy or other insolvency proceeding under Federal or state law, but shall be maintained for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits to Participants under the Plan. The right to receive benefits under the Plan through this Agreement may not be anticipated, alienated, sold, transferred, assigned, pledged, encumbered or subjected to any charge or legal process, and the non-alienation provisions of Sections 8.1 and 8.2 of the Plan are hereby incorporated in the entirety by this reference.
